Our client, a privately owned dealer group have a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager to lead the newly formed internal SMART Repair operation.
As a Body shop Manager / SMART Repair Manager you will demonstrate:

- A practical direct approach for the re-instatement of the body shop facility and the recruitment of qualified colleagues
- Knowledge of the latest techniques and systems to deliver a professional service
- Business acumen to plan and execute an ambitious project
- The ability to measure and monitor colleague performance to exacting standards
- Ambition and drive to be part of a progressive retail motor group
- Statutory requirements fulfilled by operators (health and safety, COSHH etc.)

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years Bodyshop Manager / SMART Repair Manager experience
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Franchised Dealership Experience

- Basic Salary - £40,000 DOE
- OTE - £50,000

**Working Hours**:

- 42-hour contract, hours to be advised
