Maintenance Groundsperson

We are looking to find a Full Time Maintenance/Grounds Person, to join our team at our Private 5-star Venue and Family Home at Dundas Estate, South Queensferry. You will be required to support our Maintenance Manager and Senior Groundsperson, 5 days per week, with the occasional weekend/on call to cover for our Maintenance Manager by arrangement.

The main duties are as follows:

- General maintenance/repair work around estate including, basic carpentry, painting, plumbing.
- Assist on Biomass maintenance/cleaning.
- Assist operations team where required.
- Cover for Maintenance Manager as required.
- Grass cutting, including using hand mowers, strimmers.
- Hedge trimming.
- Chainsaw certified.
- General garden maintenance.
- Pressure washer operations.
- Leaf blower operation.

Minimum 3 years experience.

- Queensferry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
