IT Engineer

Location: Northamptonshire
Duration: Until Mar 2023
Hourly rate: £20.83 (via an umbrella company)**
- Provide a local service to customers installing, supporting, and developing the use of ICT facilities throughout the Trust
- Provide 2nd line support to the Trusts 4500+ IT users
- To ensure that services are delivered to agreed SLAs
- To work as part of small technical project teams across ICT to deliver new services and service improvements
- To assist with providing technical advice and information
- Identify trends in incidents logged to team Senior to raise Problems
- Interact with IM&T CAB and be aware of all changes and when they are taking place
- Supporting migration from on premises to Azure, working on SharePoint migration
- Building Dell computers and Surface Pros from images, fixing hardware issues, Citrix, VPN and O365 support
- Upgradation of operating systems, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Network Device Management on Portnox
