Vision for Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time basis within a ‘good’ school in Gateshead, NE21.

**About the role**:
The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will be supporting class teachers and pupils within the EYFS unit, where some pupils have SEND and/or lower attainment. We are looking to appoint someone for an immediate start and the role would be each morning of the week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm. The initial period for the role is until the May half term, however there is a possibility for extension until the end of the school year.

To be considered for the role of EYFS Teaching Assistant (Part-time) you will:

- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- L2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning
