A **Works Planner / Administrator** is required to work for a Industry leading company in the design, construction, refurbishment and creation of specialist roofing and surfacing solutions for homes, public and private sector clients.

Due to a sustained growth in business, an experienced works planner/administrator is needed to join the long established, highly experienced Surfacing team. The successful Works Planner / Administrator will be based in the office and would need to be someone with strong organisational/prioritisation skills who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.

**Works Planner / Administrator responsibilities**
- Main duties/skills required will include a combination of the following:

- Organisation of labour, plant, materials
- Subcontract supplier sourcing and planning
- Material and plant price negotiation/procurement
- Preparing pre-start documents including RAMS, CPP, Health & Safety plans etc
- Supporting contracts managers with works planning requirements
- Internal planning and programming
- Reporting weekly progress - internal and external
- Supply chain liaison
- Download of HGV activity records and defect reports
- Completion of PQQS/ITTs
- Updating systems with new enquiries and maintaining accurate related records including on CRM database
- Updating client portals and responding to client information requests
- Accreditation renewals
- Excellent IT skills including Excel etc.
- Attention to detail essential
- Strong communication skills essential in all areas
- A flexible approach and the ability to multi-task is key

**Works Planner / Administrator Requirements**
- Would suit someone with good all-round experience of planning and administration, gained within the surfacing or related sectors such as Construction, Civil Engineering, Highways, Infrastructure, Groundworks, Drainage, Paving or similar.
- Organised and ability to work in a faced paced environment.

**Works Planner / Administrator Remuneration**
- Salary £25,000 to £30,000
- Performance related Bonus
- 21 days holiday +8 bank holidays

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
