This role primarily involves weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) from 11 AM to 6 PM, with opportunities for additional weekday engagements in team-building events in the future.

**Activities Offered**:

- **Weekend Activities**:

- Laser Tag
- Nerf Wars
- Dodgeball

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead engaging activities such as Laser Tag, Nerf Wars, and Dodgeball.
- Coordinate and supervise children during events, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Adapt activities to suit different age groups and event requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children, ideally in sports or recreational settings.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage responsibilities independently.
- Availability on weekends, with potential for weekday events in the future.
- Access to reliable transportation (preferred but not required).

**Training and Certification**:

- Training pay is £12 per hour.
- Duration of training varies based on individual performance and skill level.
- Travel costs are not covered between party locations.
- Before becoming a lead instructor, you must undergo comprehensive on-the-job training and assessment.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- Competitive pay rates ranging from £25 to £50 per hour, based on venue and location.
- Flexible working hours suitable for self-employed individuals.
- Immediate start with on-the-job training provided.
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance required or willingness to obtain one.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £25.00-£50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
