**Job Description**:
**The Commercial Division.**

As part of our Commercial Division you will be integral to the success of the business, a key part of ensuring that our customers have the best product to meet their needs, at the most valuable price, at the right time. Every team within the Commercial Division has a critical part to play in this, from designing the best products to ensuring that our stores have the right amount of stock to meet consumer need.

**The Role.**

Our in house technical team create products for a growing portfolio of our own and licensed brands, which cover a varied range of categories, including fashion, performance sports, character licensing, core sports and fitness.

The technical team work alongside our designers to create innovative products that are in line with current trends, whilst always ensuring that we give our customers the true value that they have come to expect from our company.

**Key Accountabilities.**
- Support the technologist in product briefings from the design team
- Assist during in house fit sessions.
- Work closely with the design team throughout the fit process to ensure the product aesthetics are being achieved.
- Develop and distribute accurate technical specifications with overseas factories
- Assist with approving samples to proceed to bulk production
- Assist with inhouse QC checks
- Assist with approving samples to proceed to bulk production
- Develop an understanding of risk assessments and children’s safety standards

**Qualifications**:

- Will have an understanding of garment construction
- Be able to work independently with the ability to multi task
- Be well organised and have good prioritisation skills
- Be familiar with software such as Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
- Flexible approach to be able to adjust to the changing needs of the business
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong interactive skills
- Great at building relationships and to be able to work as part of a team.
