Adore Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Transport Administator to join a world-class customs bonded facility specialising in bespoke fuels blending and storage services.

**Description**:
Transport Administrator at a lower tier COMAH fuel blending facility producing highly bespoke and technical products into the speciality fuels market - servicing the downstream Oil Majors, Automotive, Aerospace and Motorsport industries.

**Purpose**: Supports the logistics function by arranging transportation and creation of fully compliant documentation which supports smooth business operations by ensuring all goods are moved in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner.Working in a self-driven, self-sufficient and a proactive team, assist the transport supervisor and wider commercial team in ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.

**Key Responsibilities / Duties**
Manage the daily logistics schedule (Goods in and out) through close liaison with the commercial, procurement, customs, and production teams.

Providing regular updates to commercial and wider the team, promoting cross functional collaboration and seamless operation

**Using the resources within Logistics function to ensure**:

- Delivery of products to the end customer are made in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with transport regulations.
- Oversee the UK daily despatch schedule, including;
- Produce accurate and compliant documentation to accompany every shipment.
- Update the weekly goods in and out KPI’s.
- Seek updates from third party hauliers and obtaining PODs.
- Assist transport supervisor in administering European and RoW shipments.
- Assist customs officer in administration of the EMCS system.
- Compiling a monthly reconciliation of Export packs for AEO Compliance.
- Improve efficiency within the department by working to build strong relationships with our third-party hauliers.

Provide any other support as requested to the Logistics function as and when required.

- Demonstrate enthusiasm and perseverance with the ability to think laterally and effectively in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills in relation to transport issues

**Experience / Skills Requirements**:

- Administrative excellence with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge in the use of Microsoft office 365.
- Geographic knowledge and time appreciation
- Knowledge of Supply chain operations
- Second Language (German speaking) desirable

**Performance Measurement Criteria**:

- On time delivery of goods, meeting commercial needs and customer demands.
- Attitude toward supporting a positive HSE and continuous improvement culture.
- Adherence to internal processes and procedures.
