**Join Elite Supply Services as a Dedicated Teaching Assistant**

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking flexible opportunities in Secondary Schools around Stoke? Elite Supply Services invites you to join our team on an adhoc basis, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1-1 basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support to individual students with SEN, following the guidance of the SENCO and adhering to Education, Health, and Care Plans (ECHP).
- Collaborate effectively with school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working with children, whether in schools, mentoring, tutoring, sports coaching, summer camps, youth work, or similar roles.
- Ability to provide references covering the last two years.
- Enhanced DBS clearance registered on the update service (or willingness to process a new one).
- Successful completion of all necessary safeguarding checks.
