You will be expected to take responsibility for driving retail and commercial sales, be innovative, creative, commercially sales minded and self-motivated.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 GCSE passes, or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Computer skills; experience of Microsoft office software packages
- Demonstrable interest interior design
- Ambitious & Creative
- Self-motivated

**Skills and qualities**:

- Previous experience in a sales environment
- excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving/ organisational skills
- Results driven
- Excellent time management

**Key responsibilities**:

- Designing and selling dream living spaces to our customers specifications
- Work with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, developers and designers, to sell an extensive selection of tiles and tiling products
- Communicate an expert knowledge of the company's products and services
- Increasing sales by enhancing the scope of Armatile's design services
- Finding creative and cost-effective solutions for our customers' projects
- Utilising your creative design flair to maximise the potential of our design packages to help customers visualise their perfect projects
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

**Hours of work**:
40 hour per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17:30pm, Saturday 9am to 15:30pm on a rota basis, with a day off during the week).
