Administration/clerical Assistant

Protocol are working closely with a Local Council based in Birmingham in their search for experienced _**Administration/ Clerical Assistants**_ to work in various establishments around Birmingham.
- **The role;**_
These positions are offering Full Time hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) and will run on a temporary on-going basis.
The council have positions available in various locations including Aston, Erdington, Library of Birmingham, Sparkhill and Selly Oak and individual will be able to choose the site closest or most convenient for them to travel too.
- **Responsibilities;**_
- General admin duties
- Data inputting
- Answering and solving any telephone queries
**The person;**
We are therefore seeking experienced individuals within admin/ clerical/ data entry positions based local to any of the above site. This person will have an upbeat attitude towards their work, excellent organisational skills and great communication skills (both written and verbal).
**Have you got what it takes?**
- Experience in Admin/ Clerical/ Data Entry roles
- Level 2 Maths and English qualifications (or equivalent)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
