Claims Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, administrator to join our small, but growing, office team. The role will be to assist our claims department working within the appeals team.
**Key elements of the role will include**:
- Working within our appeals team.
- Responding to recipients by analysing case by case data, while maintaining our company standards.
- Communicating with and obtaining information from our clients.
- Complying with GDPR guidelines.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion.
**To be successful, you don't have to have previous experience, however you do need to demonstrate**:
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of common computer programmes.
