**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- _- Assist with producing daily/ weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs across your responsible area and ensure timely reporting to senior management and operations
- Ensure accuracy of reporting to senior stakeholders
- Record weekly actions and provide support to the commercial team
- Month-end P&L support
- Prepare first draft of quarterly and annual budgetsand provide commentary
- Perform ROI analysis on all investments
- Review and prepare monthly R&M report and analysis.
- Internal support with queries relating to purchase orders, including any asset issues and budget problems
- Managing large projects processes and payments
- Analysing the budgets to see what assets relate to certain purchase orders
- Dealing with suppliers to update them on payments and remittances
- Ensuring all vendors are paid timely
- Generating asset history sheets when requested
- Management of assets; scraps & disposals
- Running depreciation of fixed assets monthly
- Assisting audits/dealing with audit queries
- Other ad-hoc duties
- _**Required Skills and Experience**:

- _- Graduate in Accounting, Finance or another relevant numerical-based degree
- Self-motivated and driven
- Analytically minded with great problem-solving skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- SAP exposure (desired)
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A desire to succeed and progress
