We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Showroom Supervisor to join our team. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, assisting the manager and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong retail management abilities, and the ability to effectively work within a team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Showroom Manager with weekly duties including staffing, customer related queries, general upkeep of the Showroom and any other ad hoc duties
- Train showroom staff and keep them up to date with new information and procedures
- Motivate staff and encourage high quality of work
- Drive sales in the Showroom
- Open and close the Showroom in accordance with procedures and processes
- Maintain in depth knowledge of products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding showroom condition and visual merchandising standards
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Maintain awareness of existing promotions and advertisements
- Manage stock levels/movement and replenishment
- Manage and follow up bookings and appointments

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,160.00-£20,280.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
