**Job Profile**:
Our client has grown to include many key employees and has a wide range of knowledge throughout the team gained from first-hand experience working with clients in both light and heavy rail.

Clients include all Network Rail regions, Transport for Greater Manchester, NEXUS, DLR, TFL, SYSL providing solutions on bespoke and multidisciplinary projects.

Their specialist team has a proven record in new installation works from simple cable repairs to

turnkey projects such as 25kV or 33kV feeder stations and switchgear to complex substation protection and control systems.

Procurement coordinator Position Overview
- Support the coordination all procurement requirements of goods and materials in cost effective manner
- Liaise with the Design, Engineering and Construction delivery teams to understand material requirements and source using portfolio of supply chain providers that are on the Company Approved suppliers list
- Build relations with existing suppliers and explore new suppliers that are providing cost effective solutions and process for review and approval for the Company Approved Suppliers List
- Meet with suppliers to maintain / create improved suppliers' relationships
- Review the Approved Suppliers List at least annually to monitor existing suppliers' performance and obtain feedback from proposing managers on supplier performance and record on Performance Register
- Support in arranging supplier action plans as required where supplier performance is below standard
- Support with the stock management / control at Orion Park in consultation with the Warehouse Supervisor
- Support the Line Manager as required.

- £20,000 - £30,000 DOE
