**Senior Designer**

Our client is a dynamic, creative Marketing and Events agency who support world leading organizations to create innovative, engagement communication projects.

In this role you will seek out, enthusiastically explore, and passionately deliver creative ways in which to solve complex brand and communication problems.

**Job purpose**

Reporting into creative lead, support, promote and drive creative excellence at middle management level, whilst playing an active role in mentoring junior members of the team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for conceptualisation and implementation of design solutions that meet strategies from concept to completion.
- Mentor all junior team members to ensure progression and improvement.
- Project manage own design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time, to budget and to a high standard.
- Liaise with third party providers and agencies as and when needed.
- Ensure all design work produced to promote the agency is on-brand and meets the brand
- Work with account managers and business development teams to create design and branding material for client pitches.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments.
- Become a guardian of our brand’s visual identity.
- Present your own work and the work of your team internally and to client.
- Be the champion and curator of exceptional design for the agency and its client.
- Art directing photoshoots, illustrators, retouches, and other creative collaborators.
- Effective time management including capturing and detailing project timesheets using Clockify (or any deployed company resource management tool).

**Salary** - £43,000 - £48,000 + discretionary bonus

**Hours** - 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Holiday** - 25 days + bank holiday

**Pension**4% contribution from company

**Commission** for all New Client Business introduced (5% paid for the first year of business - full details available).
