Regulatory & Conduct Advisory Manager - Permanent

We are supporting our client build out a new function within their function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team offering advisory support and guidance to business functions on regulatory and conduct matters to ensure the delivery of businessobjectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and review, approaches, performance, and behaviours within the area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with the organisation's policies and relevant regulatory codes of conduct, providing advice and recommendation on appropriateresolution
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external regulatory matters, new developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organisation
- Provide support in the approach to and implementation of new regulations, ensuring this is proportionate and reflective of business model complexity, market responses and risk appetite. Proving on-going support to key stakeholders throughout design anddelivery.
- Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying key stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the delivery of target outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience supporting conduct and regulatory guidelines within Financial Services
- Knowledge and experience interpreting regulatory guidelines and policies
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve independently
