At &KITH we are artisan coffee providers, with our distinctive Single Blend Mexican coffee bean and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks.

We are now recruiting for BARISTA MAESTROS with infectious personalities and incredible coffee skills for our REALLY busy coffee shop and restaurant in Leicester.

Your coffee knowledge and understanding will need to be at a high level, LATTE ART IS A MUST, you need to be able to work independantly, and QUICKLY managing the coffee bar from open to close.

Essential skills of a Barista will be but not exclusive of the following:

- Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a BUSY cafe premises.
- Have a lively personality and be comfortable dealing with customers.
- Be able to dial in a coffee grinder and maintain a consistent shot time.
- Have good latte art skills.
- Be organised, hard-working and reliable
- Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a dedicated team
- Must have good communication and customer service skill sets
- Be able to work in a section and take instruction from your line manager

**Salary**: £11.00 - 12.00 ph

COVID-19 considerations:
No current restrictions in place

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week

- Leicester, LE1 1DE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 2 years (required)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
