Based at their Cardiff site, as an Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor, you will join an experienced EHS team providing a 'hands-on' service to all departments across the site.

Summary of Responsibilities:

- Provide technical advice on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) issues, helping to ensure compliance on site safety matters.
- Ensure that project works comply with CDM requirements where applicable.
- Conduct regular compliance inspections and track findings through to closure, providing feedback to employees.
- Develop and conduct training on EHS awareness.
- Undertake accident investigations, ensuring cases are logged and corrective actions are managed.

About You:

- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in an Environmental and/or Health & Safety role
- Up to date knowledge of Environmental and Health and Safety Legislation
- Understanding of Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations
