**Location: Ascot, SL5**

**Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum (plus discretionary bonus)**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. **_Some Saturdays and Bank Holidays required during busy periods. _**

**Overview**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic groundsman at an historic 200-acre private estate in Ascot, Berkshire. This position would suit a self-motivated and passionate individual who is keen to develop their career further.
- Grass cutting (Ride-on and pedestrian)
- Lawn maintenance tasks, such as aeration and scarification
- Experience in operating lawn machinery and maintaining equipment Irrigation management
- Moss and thatch control
- Herbicide Application
- Lawn & tennis court renovations
- General garden maintenance - leaf clearance, strimming, weeding, and hedge cutting

**Requirements**:

- NVQ or similar horticultural qualification
- Current full driving licence
