Hours: Double days - 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Key Objectives of the Process Operative role:

- Ensure production targets and requirements are met while still maintaining high quality products and ensuring all quality records are kept.
- Ensure that the machine is running efficiently and correctly to customer requirements.
- Guarantee of running and maintenance of the machine when necessary.
- Ensure working areas are kept clean and tidy and that good housekeeping is in order.
- Provide flexibility when necessary and covering holidays and sickness.

Key Attributes:

- Capable of operating all aspects of machines and any ancillary equipment.
- Capable of creating good working knowledge and relationships between other shift operators and supervisors.
- Compliance with all health and safety initiatives.
- Be a good communicator and motivator while still maintaining a high level of production.
- Dependable & flexible
- Attention to quality and detail
- PC skills
