SWS is looking to permanently recruit a compassionate, motivated and experienced fully accredited CBT BABCP therapist to work short-term with staff. The applicant must have substantial experience in effectively working with clients who may be experiencing a wide range of mild to moderate emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma and secondary conditions. The applicant will ideally also have an additional core profession such as nursing, OT, social work etc.

Effective ability to employ all CBT interventions for the short-term assessment and treatment of a range of difficulties with a wide population.

Provide guidance and supervision to colleagues

Facilitate additional support to clients when required.

We are a small very established, experienced and supportive team, based in our Oldham office as well as remotely. We aim to provide a highly effective therapy service for all staff in need of support and regularly receive outstanding feedback for our work. Our approach is biopsychosocial, holistic and evidence-based.

Providing CBT therapy to all staff

Providing CBT assessment and evidence-based treatment

Supervision to colleagues

Deputising for the team manager where required
