- Location: Havant, Hampshire
- Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (experience dependent)
- Hybrid working available after training is complete
Based in Havant, the role of Warranty Coordinator will see the successful applicant supporting the Warranty Manager with customer claims, as well as maintaining and amplifying customer satisfaction through investigations, internal audits and Corrective Action Reports.
- Warranty claims
- Business-to-business credit control
- Internal auditing
Other day-to-day duties would include:
- Support with conducting investigations, root-cause analyses, and ensuring that corrective measures as implemented as part of the warranty process.
- Creating and documenting customer claims in SAP and distributing tasks to organisational departments.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients on claim issues.
- Regularly providing reports on the status of each claim.
- Controlling (reducing) financial impact.
- Client-facing experience in dealing with large-scale claims or sums.
- Knowledge of MRP systems (preferably SAP), and some experience with Microsoft Office programmes.
- Easy to talk to and people-orientated.
- A background in dealing with clients on a global scale.
- Ability to satisfy BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance.
