Culina Group, a well-established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a Learning and Development Graduate based in Rugby.

The Learning and Development Graduate will report to the Learning and Development Manager in a key role with responsibility of assisting the HR Management system implementation

**Job Description**:
Key Duties;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine system needs
- Responsible for implementing system with necessary data
- Monitor project progression and report this to management
- Be a point of contact for queries and resolving issues
- Continually review success of implementation to ensure it suits the business needs
- Identify any skills gaps within both the organisation and individuals, offering guidance and support to develop capabilities
- Support the training function to ensure managers are comfortable with usage
- Recording and reporting HR metrics within the system
- Be confident with Microsoft packages as well as bespoke systems
- Is able to role model Culina Group Company values at all times: communicating better, commitment, honesty and integrity, recognising success, team work, listening, respect and passion.
- Be able to work independently and proactively, as well as thriving as collaborating as a team
- Show the ability to identify the most appropriate communication method and be clear and concise at all times
- Be able to develop strong working relationships with internal senior stakeholders and show credibility to colleagues at all levels

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level
- IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident to build relationships across multiple business areas
