Relief Concierge

Thorndale Family Centre has 38 self
- contained Family Units across two programmes of care, with a maximum capacity of 125 persons. There is also a playgroup on site. The role of Concierge worker will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in our Life-house Services and will often be the first point of contact for everyone accessing our Life-house. The role is also pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Two or more GCSE’s including English and Maths or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service
- Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff
- Excellent planning, organising and time management skills, proficient in a range of IT packages
