Join us as Head of Access Management and Cryptography
- We’ll look to you to develop and lead our access management and cryptography services so we can continue operating and communicating securely with our partners and customers
- You’ll be working with our functions, franchises and services to identify where centralised security services could realise cost savings and reduce risk
- You’ll be recognised for leading by example in this field, demonstrating your security experience and wide ranging knowledge of technical and cyber issues

**What you'll do**:
As Head of Access Management and Cryptography, you’ll be creating and maintaining access management services in a safe and compliant manner. We’ll look to you to manage security and operational risks for all relevant services, and make sure that our operational security services are developed in line with our policies and standards.

You’ll also be:

- Delivering a cryptography centre of excellence that can maintain secure communication with our partners and customers
- Taking budget responsibility for operational costs and management of key security suppliers
- Making sure that our security services meet regulatory and legal compliances
- Meeting the resilience requirements of bank-wide functions, franchises and services

**The skills you'll need**:
To excel in this role, you’ll need extensive experience in delivering and operating critical technology services with knowledge of global regulatory issues relating to cybersecurity. You’ll have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at the highest level and understand the business sufficiently to make mitigation decisions.

We’ll also expect:

- Incident management experience and a track record of leading incident management teams at senior level
- The ability to enable change, drive strategy and collaborate across boundaries
- Experience of delivering sustainable performance and developing high performing teams
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
