**Shift details**: The team is operational 24/7, meaning waking night shifts, weekend day shifts, and long day shifts are all within the shift allocation, as well as 9-5.

**Salary**: 55293 - 60931 GBP per year

**Job summary**:

- The Crisis and Assessment Team covers a 24/7 service 365 days per year to assess all individuals (18+) who may require a mental health service. Referrals are accepted from a variety of sources, such as primary care, police, accident and emergency, and the third sector. The assessor will see individuals in the community on either a crisis (4 hours), urgent (72 hours), or routine (10 working days) basis, for a maximum of two appointments, making the assessment as to the best action plan for the individual. The team is multi-disciplinary, made up of psychiatrists, mental health nurses, social workers, and authorised officers (Jersey equivalent of AMHP’s).
- We are looking for experienced and motivated mental health assessors who are passionate about delivering a compassionate and efficient front door service, and who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
