Administrator/receptionist

We are looking for a hardworking, motivated, multi-tasking individual to join our administration team.
Duties are administrative support including data entry and data base management, filing, photocopying, scanning, typing (copy and audio), combined with "front-of-house” on reception, dealing with clients face-to-face and on the telephone.
Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of Excel and secretarial training would be useful: own transport is required as some of the duties involve short local journeys.
The vacancy is at our offices in Rainham and we require 35 working hours, to the following schedule:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
Remuneration will be at National Living Wage at commencement but will be reviewed after satisfactory completion of the probationary period

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
