SCT is a well established training provider in the West Midlands delivering work based learning.

We have recently secured a Adult Education Budget contract and we are recruiting for trainers to deliver across our suite of Adult care Diplomas and Health and Social care short courses.

Award in Education and Training and Assessors Qualifications desired

A passion for teaching other, along with excellent organisation and time management is a must for this position. This would also suit someone is IT savvy.

Our tutors work in a hyrid way combining a mixture of working from home, visiting learners in the workplace and attandance where needed in our main premises in Boldmere Birmingham.

You will manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 learners.

You will be contracted to 40 hour week - (Monday to Friday) and be part of an exciting organisation. We have recently remodelled our delivery so that learners are learning remotely using our fantastic online learning platform and supoported by their personal tutor.

Salary negeotiable dependant on prior skills, knowledge and level of education - along with the qualifications being delivered,

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
