CMA Recruitment Group are representing an AIM listed distribution business based in Bracknell, to recruit for an interim Divisional Finance Director on an initial 6 month contract.
The interim Divisional Finance Directorwill look after 8 companies in the group with a combined turnover of c60m.
**What will the interim Finance Director role involve?**
- Develop the management information provided to the COO and CFO for all areas of the division;
- Lead, Improve and consolidate the Division's detailed analysis to support strategic business decision making;
- Improve the efficiency in business processes across the division;
- Manage and improve the Cashflow forecasting process;
- To manage the annual Audit liaising with the external auditors and other stakeholders;
- To control, oversee and review budgets and forecasts for each part of the Division.
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified;
- 5+ years experience working within an SME at an FC or FD position;
- Deadline focused and enthusiastic with an understanding of the dynamics of an SME with an appreciation of the pressures of being part of a PLC;
- Ability to motivate a team to provide a quality focused financial management service;
- Capable of being able to influence others and negotiating change;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills being able to communicate across all levels of the business;
- Ideally you will have experience of using Microsoft Great Plains & Power BI or similar.
