Live-out Housekeeper

**Excellent Monday to Friday Housekeeper Role, Mayfair, £40K - £45K GPA**

Silver and Bow are working with a HNWI in Central London to source a highly skilled and experienced full-time live-out Housekeeper for their large, modern 7 floor home in Mayfair.

You will be working as sole housekeeper responsible for cleaning the property and ensuring that very high standards are maintained. The role doesn’t require laundry and ironing although this might change, so ideally you will also have sound laundry management skills. Daily duties will include making beds, cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as all living and dining areas.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm. The family of 3 are looking for a loyal Housekeeper who is self-motivated and professional There are three dogs at the property, but no pet care will be required from the housekeeper.

DUTIES:

- Daily cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.
- Polishing silver, glass, marble, and gold surfaces.
- Basic laundry required as most of the laundry is sent to the dry cleanners.
- Rubbish and recycling management.
- Managing stocks of cleaning products
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

- Prior housekeeping experience in a similar environment
- Hardworking and dedicated.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Excellent checkable references.
