Graduate Trainee Buyer

**The Opportunity**

Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Buyer to join their Letchworth team. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership. You will be joining an established, profitable, growing technology-backed business and will be part of a fantastic team based in Letchworth.

**The role of Buyer**:
The role will specifically cover the following areas:

- Managing stock levels in conjunction with Internal Account Managers
- Placing orders, and day to day dealing with suppliers
- Processing enquires to exacting customer requirements in conjunction with account managers
- Supporting the internal team with effective account management

**Key Skills and Essential Experience**:

- A recent graduate with a 2:1 minimum degree within a numeric based degree ie; Maths, Economics, Business, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- Be highly motivated
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a likeability, with the ability to easily create a rapport with others
- Work within 30 minutes commute of our Letchworth site
