High Wycombe, United Kingdom Paradigm Housing Group Full time

The Systems Trainer (Learning Design & Delivery Specialist - FTC until 31/12 2024) will contribute to the delivery of a major transformation programme for Paradigm Housing. The ‘New Paradigm’ transformation programme encompasses the implementation of a new Housing Management System (Civica Cx) which will transform the way we work by updating our processes, procedures and improving our services to our customers.

Reporting to the Change & Transformation Manager, the Systems Trainer will work alongside our New Paradigm programme team, predominantly with Business Analysts (BAs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) but also engaging with Project managers, Business Systems Analysts, Test Analysts, workstream leads, business managers and specialists from across the organisation.

The Systems Trainer will design and develop a blended programme of learning aligned to our design principles. They will work in partnership with the New Paradigm programme team to deliver all required training ahead of go-live in the latter part of 2024 and supporting teams afterwards to ensure competence.

The role will be critical in ensuring that business users and teams are properly prepared to accept and adopt new systems and processes through the delivery of the learning programme to colleagues at Paradigm. As well as delivering the learning prior to golive, the role will provide coaching and additional learning for around three months after go-live to support colleagues with the transition to new ways of working.

Experience of Social Housing and in particular the Civica Cx product would be highly beneficial but is not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen our Programme team. We are looking for confident specialists in their field who can create impactful and enjoyable learning and who can work collaboratively as well as independently when required. Experience with both digital and facilitated (virtual and face-to-face) learning design is essential, as are exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

We are Paradigm Housing Group.

We manage more than 15,000 homes across the South East.

We know that house prices in the areas where we work are high, both to buy and rent. We want to help more people have a safe and sustainable home that they can afford.

As a charity, the money we make goes into building new homes and providing an excellent service for residents.
