**Production Operator**

**Congleton CW12 1UW***

**Full Time Temp assignment**:37.5 hours per week.

**Ongoing requirement - 3 months initially **(with extension and rolling contracts possible though not guaranteed)

**Pay**:£13.30 per Hour (+20% shift allowance for nights)

**Shifts offered**:
Double days - 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 10:00pm.

**What are we looking for?**

Are you someone with an eye for detail and commitment to owning your contribution to a fast-paced team? Do you have previous experience in a manufacturing / mechanical / production / assembly environment?

We are looking for flexible, reliable people with a strong work ethic to join our team
- As much as previous manufacturing experience is advantageous, **training will be provided so is not essential.**:

- Want to work as part of a friendly team dedicated to contributing towards the success of the business
- Be comfortable to support overtime (paid at an increased rate)
- Happy working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Be able to follow repeatable processes with a good eye for detail.

Some of our roles do require extended periods of standing up and manual handling.

You will work as part of a team on a rotating shift pattern assembling, testing and inspecting our electronic assemblies
- Always Working safely and responsibly.
- Following standard operating procedures to manufacture the products.
- Performing standard quality checks.
- Set up production machinery and equipment.
