**Job Title: Component After-sales Advisor

**Salary**: Up to £22k
Location: Manchester, M34

**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours a week Mon - Friday**
**Key Tasks**:

- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints and queries in an effective and timely manner.
- Providing advice and guidance for customers
- Delivering excellent customer services
- Raising replacement sales orders
- Processing credit notes
- Processing return notes
- Liaising with internal departments about customer service issues
- Inspect goods that have been returned for credit when required
- Allocate returns notes
- Communicate with customers to arrange a suitable date for the collection of goods
- Arrange carrier collections for customers outside of the delivery zone
- Liaise with accounts/returns dept regarding payment of non-collected goods
- Experienced in a Customer Service department
- Possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Able to work as part of a team
- A strong work ethic
- Effective problem solver
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise a busy workload and use initiative.
- Able to show a willingness to learn about the business.
- Must have a can-do-attitude
- 5 GSCE grades A - C (minimum) Including Maths.
