Here at Baltic Recruitment we are working with a client based in Ferryhill who are looking in their search for Warehouse/Production operatives.

With a reputation of being an exciting place to work and grow, they now have production and manufacturing opportunities, within their facility. The role is a temp to perm contract. With this they are looking to expand their team to include a number of Production Operatives to work in the packing department. The role is a temp to perm role with great opportunities for progression.

Through the role be required to undertake training and assisting in the training of their employees, as required.

**Duties of the role will include**
- Using hand drills to drill in locks and safety caps.
- Packing products onto pallets ready to be dispatched.
- Cleaning products then loading them onto a production line to be sprayed.
- Loading products into containers to be transported by forklift trucks.
- Wrapping and packing products onto crates by using a wrapping machine using cling film.
- Always keeping the work area clean and tidy.

**We also recruit in surrounding areas for warehouse operatives, pickers/packers, production operatives and much more**

**NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED**

**SHIFTS**: Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available

**PAY RATE**: £10.42 - £19.70.
