**FTTP Supervisor**

As the Fibre Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include supervising cable and splicing teams, liaising with local authorities, issuing permits, conducting quality checks, monitoring health and safety compliance, and ensuring that work is completed in compliance with Fibreray and customer standards.

**Main Responsibilities Include**
- As a supervisor, you will oversee the work of the gangs assigned to you to ensure they meet all requirements and standards.
- You will collaborate with the delivery manager to improve team performance, monitor health and safety requirements, and communicate with local authorities as needed.

**Needed Experience.**
- Experience supervising gangs.
- Good amount of knowledge regarding Fibre Networks including PIA.
- Experience of splicing and OTDR
- Ability to read site drawings.

**Salary**: £32,000 - £35,000 D.O.E
Location: Devon/Cornwall/Plymouth Area

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
