Bakery Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at a busy award winning bakery. As a bakery supervisor you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods. Your expertise in culinary arts and your attention to detail will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread and pastries.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Ensure that all baked goods are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure smooth operations

Supervise a team of great bakers

Monitor quality of products

**Skills**:

- Strong experience in baking
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in decorating baked goods
- Effective time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Experience in team management and supervising bakery staff is preferred but full training will be given

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
