Salary range for Caretaker £21,500 - £23,500 + bonus depending on experience

We currently have a vacancy for a **Mobile Property Caretaker**, working in and around the **(Aylesbury Area).**

**Key Points of the role**
- Core working hours are **8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday** **on site,** with extra hours sometimes required.
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- You will carry out general ground's maintenance, window cleaning, adhoc and repairs.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- Must be able to drive.
