Role details:
We are looking for new talent to fill our customer service Advisor roles.

In this role you will handle customers within the energy sector. You will be first point of contact to support customers with their energy accounts, answer queries, and solve problems.

You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ months experience in call centre, customer experience, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Experience with Complaints perferable
- Must live within one of hour of our office on public transport ( G4 0JY)
- Communication and listening skills
- Computer literacy

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Build rapport with empathy and care
- Offer the right product to suit needs
- Achieve assigned key performance indicators / targets
