**2x Technical Team Leader**

**Late Shift 14.00 - 22.00 - 2% Shift Allowance**

**Monday - Friday 37.5 hours**
- Have full accountability of the line Performance, Product Quality and Safety of Staff.
- To ensure staff follow work instructions at all times.
- To coach and support staff to enforce correct behaviours and standards.
- To have full accountability of the Cookie Robot and Packing Robots, set-up and operation.
- Communicate, cooperate and give feedback to the team, other functions and across shifts
- Maintain accurately and timely paperwork, line checks, Patch and SIC boards
- Have a competent understanding of the Cookie Robots and Packing Robots operation and change over methods.
- Have a competent understanding of the different sell by methods (Minimum weight, average weight, piece count)
- See overall responsibility for changeovers on the equipment in the required time.
- Responsible for maintaining standards in line with H&S Policy, Quality Standards, policies and procedures on shift.
- Maintain the correct level of cleanliness.
- Monitor the line performance and adjust the Packing Line accordingly.
- Meet the correct line standards for waste/give away/ OEE and output.

This role will rotate on a weekly basis with the Technical Operator role. The Technical Operator works on the line, supporting efficiency through effective changeovers and line optimisation.

You must have a good level of English and Maths to be considered. You must be at least 18 years of age.
