Summary features of Locum Appointment for Service (LAS) for FY1
- Wide experience in respected posts - good for the future.
- Busy but New Deal compliant.
- Solid Middle Grade in all posts - well supervised.
- Good experience of team working with various grades of doctors.
- Protected full day teaching session once per month - good evaluations - all common topics covered
- Good Medical Library with I.T. facilities including word processing.
Continuing Professional Education
To take responsibility for your own continuing professional education in accordance with guidelines set out by the appropriate college\faculty\professional body.
Policies and Procedures
To observe the Trust’s agreed policies and procedures and to follow the Trust’s Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions. These policies and procedures have been drawn up to consultation with the profession on clinical matters.
