Are you a skilled and dedicated Scrub Practitioner looking for a temporary job opportunity? Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Scrub Practitioner - General (ODP) to join our prestigious team at Spire Edinburgh Murrayfield Hospital. This is a temporary position with a start date of 27/01/2024 and an end date also on 27/01/2024.

As a Scrub Practitioner - General (ODP), you will play a crucial role in assisting our surgeons during surgical procedures. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining the sterile field, passing instruments and equipment to the surgeon, and providing all necessary supplies throughout the operation.

- Maintaining a sterile environment throughout the operation
- Assisting the surgeon by passing instruments and supplies
- Monitoring the patient's condition during surgery and taking appropriate action if necessary
- Providing support to the surgical team and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available
- Adhering to infection control procedures and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Assisting with the safe disposal of used materials and equipment
- Keeping accurate records and documentation
