Senior Buyer

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prioritise and manage site requisitions
- Process orders from site requisitions
- Filing and despatching copy orders to relevant sites
- Filing of site requisitions after processing
- Deal with general enquiries from Site Managers
- Telephone calls to/from suppliers
- Tendering to various suppliers for quotations
- Updating prices on buying system on regular basis
- Carry out accruals on a monthly basis
- Deal with invoice and order queries
- Negotiate best price/value for the company
- Procure all furniture, fixtures and fittings for newly built care homes
- Prioritise, manage and process orders from care home requisitions in addition to FF&E
- Provide support to wider procurement team as required

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
