Up to £31,200 p/annum
We are recruiting a **Motorhome Handover Specialist** for our clients Motorhome Centre in the North West Hampshire area.
As a Motorhome Handover Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for our customers during the Motorhome handover process. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers providing comprehensive product knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and prepare for customer handover
- Conduct thorough Motorhome demonstrations, explaining features, controls, and technology to customers
- Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with the service department to schedule Motorhome inspections, maintenance, or warranty work as needed
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Motorhome product line up and stay up-to-date with new features and advancements
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Motorhome, Caravan or Camping experience or even if this is your hobby
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for the Motorhome, Caravan or Camping industry
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple handovers and follow-ups effectively
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find satisfactory solutions
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various departments
