We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join the Private Property team in our Lydney office, supporting a busy team of fee earners, who support their clients through a variety of residential property related transactions. To be our next Conveyancing Assistant you will need to demonstrate that you have the following:

- Prior experience of a property support role
- Experience in preparing contract packs
- Carrying out searches
- Dealing with SDLT forms and payments
- Preparation of financial statements and drafting bills
- Strong administrator who is able to keep on top of time critical actions, support with file opening, corresponding with clients, file management, photocopying/ scanning and archiving
- Experienced using Microsoft Office, case management system and other relevant IT systems

Whilst this role is based in our Lydney office, there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners within the Private Property team based at our other offices.
