A growing Digital/Motion/Design Consultancy with a dedicated team of specialists, working primarily with the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors, providing high quality deliverables for our clients, to often tight deadlines.
**Senior Creative/Animator **- The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a creative person with animation experience and at least 5 years of experience in the industry.
We’re looking for someone who wants to showcase their existing skills, build upon them, and become an integral and committed member of the team.
Being a small company, we value skills across other disciplines and we believe in training our team members in other skill sets of interest.
**Senior Creative/Animator** - Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility and ownership of projects from a creative point of view and liaise with the senior team to fully understand briefs and project requirements
- Producing quality animation and storyboards using Adobe After Effects
- Proactively working with the team, developing & presenting work and offering creative guidance as required
- Create concepts and assets from scratch as well as working with existing creative concepts
- Have a good level of conceptual thinking for campaign work and pitches
- Present your work to clients and take onboard feedback when required
- Display best practices in design skills and knowledge
- Keep up to date with design, animation and social trends
- Guide and nurture more junior members of the team
**Senior Creative/Animator** - You
- 5+ years’ experience in a fast paced and delivery focused agency or client-side -environment
- Experience in working in print, digital and animation with a keen interest for innovation and - experimentation leading to creative solutions
- A sharp eye and strong attention to detail for post-production
- A clear communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to verbalise ideas and concepts
- A collaborative team player but also able to work independently
- An advanced Adobe Suite user
- An ability to work at speed, with an agile approach to regular changes without compromising on quality
- Organisational skills that enable you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Equally happy coming up with concepts as developing robust layouts
- Production skills required, creating artwork and assets
- Willing to mentor and encourage a more junior member of the team
- Comfortable presenting to clients
- Confident, and business minded
- Willing to share and collaborate around marketing and sales ideas
- Excited by the opportunity to commit to and input into how the business develops
