**Office Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Clerical skills, including typing, filing, and data entry
