David Jones (Solicitors) Ltd are a well-established, busy firm of Solicitors in Llandudno who are now looking for a receptionist/legal secretary to join their team.

The Role:

- Answering the telephone, transferring calls to the appropriate person and taking messages
- Greeting clients and conversing with them in a suitable and professional manner
- Audio typing - correspondence and legal forms
- Filing

Our Requirements:

- Experience working in administration preferable (legal experience not essential)
- Ability to manage workload efficiently
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- IT knowledge advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
