Breakfast Server

Leicestershire County Care Ltd has been successfully running Residential Care Homes within the Midlands area for over 9 years. **We are currently seeking a Breakfast Server for a vacancy within Thurn Court, Care Home.**

**Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to;**
- Taking orders for breakfast from the residents ensuring that choices are offered
- Serving breakfast to residents
- Support with feeding where appropriate
- Serving drinks to residents
- Setting up eating areas with crockery and cutlery
- Promoting hand hygiene before eating
- Ensure a good dining experience for the residents
- Advise the Home Manager and Care Services staff concerning any changes in a resident’s dietary habits, in particular reporting and noting any instances where a resident refuses food
- Ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships
- A friendly and cheerful disposition
- Team player, decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable individual.
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to deliver good service to our elderly residents during their meal times.
